Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out—and that’s okay. If you need to make a return or exchange, we’re here to help.

You may return most full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they are:

  • In original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags attached
  • Packed in the original packaging, just as you received it
  • Not soaked or washed, as colour runs will make the item non-returnable

Please note:

  • Sale items, personalised items, and gift cards are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged
  • For clothing sets, all pieces must be returned together
  • Free gifts can’t be exchanged or returned
  • Returns are issued as store credit (via gift card), which you can use anytime. We’re not able to offer cash refunds
  • The return shipping fee will need to be covered by you (unless the item is faulty)
  • Please use a trackable shipping method. We’re unable to process untracked returns
  • Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing

Defective or Incorrect Items

We put a lot of love and care into every TinyTwirls order, but if something isn’t right—whether it’s a fault in the item or you received the wrong piece—we’ll make it right for you.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Reach out to us at tinytwirls.sg@gmail.com or submit a request here within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the item received
    • A short explanation of the issue

Once we’ve reviewed your message, we’ll:

  • Send a free return label
  • Ship the correct item if in stock
  • Issue a gift card or full refund, if correct item is out of stock
